To purchase and download a song or video file, follow these instructions:
(1) Click on your Music Basket. Review your items. Once you are ready to check out, click on the "Download Now" link. |

(2) If you are ready to download your songs, click "YES." If not, click "NO" to return to your Music Basket. |

(3) If you have not yet logged into your account, you will be asked to here. Enter your username and password and click "Log In." If you're already logged in, this page will be skipped. (If you have a Tune Ticket, click on the "Redeem Your Tune Tickets" image and enter your Tune Ticket there.) |

(4) Right-click on a song title to bring up a menu of options. If you're on a Mac, you may need to Control-click instead of right-click. Song titles are located in a bulleted list just below the "Your Tunes" heading. |

(5) From the menu that's popped up, choose "Save Target As," "Save Link As," "Download Linked File," or similar option (depending on your browser). |

(6) Your "Save" window should open. Choose your "Desktop" as the location to save the file so that it is easy to find. Note that the song or video files are quite large and may take a long time to download, especially with a slow connection. |

You're now ready to play the music or video on your computer with your media player software. (We suggest you ask your parents before downloading any software to your computer!)
**If you have difficulty downloading your songs or videos, be sure to check the e-mail your parent(s) used to open your account. A link to download your files was sent to that e-mail address.**
