How does K8 KidTunes work?

• You set up an account for your child in our secure area.
• Your child logs in with a Username and Password, selects songs, and downloads them to their computer.
• Your child may legally listen to these on the computer, burn a CD for personal use, or play the files on a device such as an iPod.
• We do not collect personal data from your child.
• Songs are for listening pleasure only and are not for use by teachers in music classrooms or productions. Our songs may not be posted on any web site.

Open a new K8 KidTunes allowance account for your child.

• In this secure area you register and create a new account for your child.
• Once you create an account, you never have to enter your billing information again.
• You specify how much money we credit to the account.
• You decide whether to add the amount just one time or automatically on a regular basis.
• With the Username and Password you and your child decide upon, your child can download music without using a credit card or disclosing personal information.
• The cost of each download (99¢ plus tax where applicable) is deducted from the allowance.
• Your child can never spend more than you specify.
• Be sure you enter a valid e-mail address when registering, and make sure your Spam-protection software will allow messages from web@MusicK8.com: Otherwise, you will never receive e-mail order confirmations, and your child may not be able to access his or her downloads.

Add more to your child's music allowance.

• Manually add as much or as little as you wish to your child's account, whenever you choose.
• No need to re-enter your billing information - just log in securely and decide on an amount to add.

Update or edit your billing and account information.

• Log in securely to update your billing address.
• Change the credit card you'd like us to charge, or let us know if your credit card expiration date has been extended.
• Switch easily from a manual account to an automatic weekly or monthly allowance, or from an automatic allowance to a manual account.
